Bbaj Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities in Full

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the bbaj platform (bbaj.click) and its users. By visiting the bbaj website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms.

Bbaj is open to all citizens and legal residents of Bangladesh who are at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh is mandatory for both bbaj and all users. bbaj does not condone any unlawful activity and encourages all users to use the platform responsibly.

The following requirements must be met to create a valid account on bbaj:

All financial transactions on bbaj are processed securely, transparently, and promptly. The key payment terms are outlined below:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000

• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on bbaj and are binding for all users without exception.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash out feature is used.
• Once a bet is confirmed, any subsequent change in odds will not affect your payout — you will be paid at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full bet amount is generally refunded.
• Match results are determined by the official announcements of the relevant sports governing body.
• Bbaj reserves the right to make final decisions on bets affected by technical errors or system failures.
• Bbaj reserves the right to withhold payouts where match-fixing or manipulation is suspected.

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final. bbaj will not be held liable for odds changes resulting from latency or network issues.

If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, that selection's odds are counted as 1.00 and the bet remains active on the remaining selections.

Bbaj regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While each offer has its own specific terms, the following general rules apply to all:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirement must be met first.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: bonus amount × 12 (twelve).
• Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher will count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus offers must be used within 30 days of being credited, or they will expire.
• The same bonus cannot be used more than once.
• Winnings from free bets will be paid out as cash, but the value of the free bet itself will not be included in the payout.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbaj platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to profit by circumventing bonus terms.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets at different odds to guarantee a profit.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account.
• System Hacking: Any unauthorized attempt to access the platform's software or servers.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of match results or participating in match-fixing.
• Creating Accounts for Minors: Creating an account on behalf of someone under 18.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited and winning funds. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

Bbaj will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Bets placed in error by the user — such as on the wrong match or at the wrong odds.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events.

In all circumstances, bbaj's maximum liability is limited to the balance held in your account. bbaj will not be liable for any indirect losses or loss of profits.

Bbaj may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Any valid funds remaining in your account will be returned before closure; however, this may not apply if the account is suspended due to a terms violation.

Bbaj collects your personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Your information may only be shared in the following circumstances:

• To meet legal obligations — such as cooperating with government investigations.
• With partner organizations involved in payment processing.

Bbaj reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Changes take effect 24 hours after being published on the website.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully enforceable.
