Account & Registration

To register with bbaj, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number and a strong password. Registration is completely free and takes just 2 minutes. Click here Start registration.

Each user may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts violates bbaj's terms and any duplicates may be suspended. One account per person is all you need.

On the login page, Go to the "Forgot Password?" link and click it. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use the OTP to set a new password. If you're still having trouble, contact us at support@bbaj.click.

Withdrawals above a certain amount may require KYC verification. This keeps your account secure and helps prevent money laundering. Complete verification by submitting a photo of your National ID or passport.

Entering the wrong password multiple times in a row may temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes or support@bbaj.clickto email our team. They'll get back to you promptly.

Deposits & Withdrawals Payment

Log in to your account → Click the "Deposit" button → Select Mobile Pay → Enter the amount → Send Money via Mobile Pay to the number provided by bbaj → Submit the transaction ID. Your balance is usually updated within 5–10 minutes.

The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum limit depends on your account's verification level. Contact support for more details.

Most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, contact support immediately.

First, wait 10–15 minutes, then refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact us with your transaction ID at support@bbaj.clickto send us an email. You can find your transaction ID in the Mobile Pay/Nagad app.

bbaj currently supports Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are fully secure and encrypted. More payment methods will be added in the future.

Betting & Odds Betting

Log In → Betting Go to the section → Select your preferred sport or event → Click on the odds → Enter your stake in the bet slip → Click "Confirm Bet". As long as you have sufficient balance, your bet will be placed successfully.

Live betting means placing wagers in real time while a match is in progress. Odds shift based on the flow of play, the score, and the current situation. Match Odds page to see all live markets.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a match is cancelled or postponed, bbaj will automatically refund the bet amount. For more details, Terms & Conditions View.

bbaj uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a BDT 100 bet returns BDT 250 if you win (BDT 150 profit). The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning — but the bigger the reward.

Bonuses & Promotions Bonus

After your first deposit as a new member, a 100% welcome bonus is added automatically. For example, deposit ৳1,000 and you'll receive an extra ৳1,000 as a bonus. The bonus must meet a specified rollover requirement before it can be withdrawn.

Rollover means you must place a certain amount of bets before you can withdraw your bonus funds. For example, a 10x rollover on a ৳1,000 bonus requires you to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets. You can track your rollover progress in the Bonus section of your account.

Regular members receive weekly or monthly cashback. Free bets are offered during special events. When logged in, check the notifications section in your account to see the latest offers.

App & Technology App

App Page to download directly. Android users can download and install the APK file. Before installing, go to your phone's Settings and enable "Unknown Sources".

Go to Settings → Security and enable Unknown Sources. Make sure your phone has enough storage. If you have an older version installed, uninstall it and download the new APK. If the problem persists, reach out to our support team.

Close the app and reopen it. Check your internet connection. Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → bbaj → Clear Cache). If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.

App Page to download and install the latest APK. You don't need to uninstall the old version — installing the new one will update it automatically. Your account and balance will remain intact.

Security & Privacy

Yes, bbaj uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal information and payment data are fully encrypted. For more details, Privacy Policy Read more.

Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and enable it. From that point on, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile with every login. This keeps your account significantly more secure.

Change your password immediately. support@bbaj.clickEmail us and describe the situation. The support team will temporarily lock the account and investigate. bbaj will never ask for your password over the phone or via SMS.
